On February 16th Ripple Yoga turned two months old and we have begun to walk. We have close to 100 people in the Ripple Yoga community and it has been a pleasure to get to know each of you. We welcome any and all feedback on the studio, our teaching and classes and anything else that you can think of because it is your studio, we are just here to provide a safe and open environment for you to have a successful practice.

MEET THE RIPPLE TEACHING TEAM!!
I began my yoga journey in 2007 while living in Santa Cruz, California. I enthusiastically became devoted. I would feel euphoric, dreamy, strong and on top of the world after leaving class. I began to daydream about teaching yoga and although yoga would be in and out of my life for a few years to follow, it was always there. After practicing in Seattle, WA since 2010, I began to feel at home and part of a community. I started to smile more and I couldn’t wait to get to my next class. My body started to take transformation not only from the outside but most importantly within. I started to become comfortable in my own skin and it became apparent that it was radiating throughout my entire being. I had a fresh pair of unfiltered eyes. In 2013, I graduated from yoga teacher training and made my dream come true. From the placidity I get from my daily practice to the tranquility of my breath that moves me through the ebb and flow; yoga has changed my life entirely! I have learned so much about myself and how important it is to nourish and take care of my body; my temple. Most importantly, yoga has taught me patience and compassion not only for myself but also for others. I would like to offer my experience and support while teaching others. No matter what physical level you are at I am here to guide and challenge you in strengthening your body and lengthening your muscles. In doing so you will find beauty, balance, inspiration and serenity in your life.
