Yogasadhaka Sarvesh Naagari
Sarvesh Naagari is Ripple Yoga’s guide and is blessed to be a Yogasadakha, teacher and student. He has studied and taught Yoga passionately Since 2013 and completed over 2,500 hours of teacher training after leaving his stressful career as a corporate executive.
In 2015, he had the opportunity to take part in the six month intensive program at the esteemed Ananda Ashram in Pondicherry, India under the guidance of his gurus Yogacharini Meenakshi Devi Bhavanani and her son Yogacharya Dr. Ananda Balayogi Bhavanani.
These authentic teachings and practices have helped Sarvesh overcome debilitating stress, anxiety, addiction, physical and other nervous system ailments. He’s transformed his life into one of physical, mental and emotional health and experiences an overall sense of peace and serenity. Over the years, he has helped hundreds of students on their journey. Through divine inspiration, he had the idea to build the Ripple Yoga Curriculum to share these life-transforming teachings with people all around the world in a manner that is approachable to modern lifestyles.
Yogasadhaka Kim Wohlen
Kim is an avid spiritual seeker, creator and nature lover. She has been nurturing her yoga practice since 2009 and teaching since 2016. To date, she has completed over 700 hours of teacher training and is currently pursuing the Yogachikitsha, therapeutic yoga teachers training program through ICYER.
Her creative vision and love for yoga are brought to life through the video lessons and practices within the courses. She is featured in many of the practices, manages the post-production of the content and designs the email and website layouts.
She currently teaches at a studio in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina (Yoga Daily) where classes are offered both live, in studio and through zoom. It is her passion to share the heart and soul of yoga with her students and through the Ripple Yoga courses. Like Sarvesh, she has experienced anxiety, depression and addiction. She is grateful to lean on her 12 step program and the precious yogic teachings that allow her to live a happy and healthy life.

The entire Ripple Yoga curriculum is comprised of several courses to allow for learning and integration of the practices and teachings. Each course builds upon the previous and encompasses techniques and knowledge related to that course’s particular theme. It’s a fun and engaging way to learn and practice yoga in a wholly integrated manner. The courses are self-paced, easy-to-navigate and fun! As you complete each lesson, practice, activity and quiz, you’ll collect badges to keep you motivated, as well as receive content and writing prompts through email. You don’t have to invest thousands of dollars on a teacher training or sort through the wasteland of disjointed information and classes on the internet.
